New River Gorge Preserve
The New River Gorge is one of the great natural wonders of West Virginia and this stewardship community offers residents the opportunity to experience it as never before. A limited number of families will be able to reside within the 1,400 acre preserve which is set along six miles of the Gorge. The goal of the New River Gorge Preserve is to establish a community within the Gorge that will coexist with the natural environment and maintain a healthy forest.
The community is divided into two neighborhoods, the 500 homesite Bridgeview Estates and The Ledges, with just 75 exceptional homesites. There are a limited number of gorge rim view lots available within both neighborhoods. This region of West Virginia is known for its mountainous terrain, deep canyons and untamed rivers, which makes it a perfect setting for a wide range of outdoor adventures.
